The International Patient Services Centre at Ekol Hospitals offers a variety of services to international patients and visitors. The staff is dedicated to providing services including consultations, diagnostic services, billing and insurance, travel and lodging arrangements and language interpretation services. The team members offer a wide range of services such as, scheduling medical appointments, assisting with international insurance companies, providing EKOL ’s Second Opinion including treatment plans prepared by EKOL Physicians, making hotel arrangements, arranging ground transportation from the airport, assisting with hospital admissions and physicians, obtaining and delivering the copies of medical reports after consultations, follow-up processes and many other service upon requests.

One of the Ekol International Hospitals patients, SOFIE WALSH, tells her journey and how she has decided about the surgery in a short video.
