 Men and women are almost the same but the slight difference in their body involves gender specific issues. These are not just issues but bless to give life to others. Estrogen production, fertility concerns, and sexual health are some of those. Due to which women have to go through physical and emotional changes. To regulate these changes, women have to maintain proper nutrients in their body. The easy way to get them is a balanced diet. But not everyone has time to get them at the right time. So, doctors usually recommend them to have enough folic acids in their pregnancy time.
  • Omega 3: Though omega 3 is one of the most important fats that is required for overall health. But it supports women’s health in various phases of her life. It is very helpful in pregnancy and early life as the fatty acids take good care of the development and growth of the brain in the unborn baby. If you take a good amount of omega 3 your child will be blessed with high intelligence, decreased risk of autism, cerebral palsy, and risk of development delay. Also he will get better social as well as communication skills.
  • Vitamins: There are some of the vitamins like Iron, vitamin D, Vitamin E, probiotics, and others that are required for women the most. Women’s bodies have to go through so many changes, so their bodies lack these important nutrients to function properly. Take supplements or try to get them from regular meals to replenish them.
